Jiangxi Naipu Group Co., Ltd is a privately-run high-tech enterprise specialized in developing,　manufacturing and marketing mining equipment and rubber spares. It was founded in autumn of 2005, with phase I investment amounted to RMB 50 million Yuan. Our headquarter which runs a modernized and garden-like factory with a footprint of 51k square meters, located in Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi Province. We are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 international quality system. Our products are broadly applied in sectors of mining, metallurgy and power generation and specializing in high rubber resistance spare parts of mining system. As a key high and new techonology enterprise in Jiangxi, Naipu was awarded a certificate of high-and-new-tech enterprise certificate and several certificates of high-and-new-tech products which issued by the Government of Jiangxi Province in Jul 2007.
     Naipu Company persists in the business principle of “High Quality, High Standard, High Efficiency”. Naipu Company has researched and developed its specially formulated rubber mixings, which makes our products associated with high wear resistant and corrosion resistant performance, offering a service life that is 2-4 folds of that of hard alloy material made parts. It owns the duplex vacuum type platen vulcanizing presses in China, with a range of 3500 tons, 2300 tons, 1800 tons, 800 tons and 350 tons.(All of these can be automatically controlled with the vulcanizing temperature, time and pressure set up, which significantly improves internal physical parameters of rubber products and thus ensures the vulcanizing quality.) We have the most advanced inspection and testing facilities in complete sets in the rubber product industry. Domestically, we are in a leading position in R&D and innovation capacity, in mold design level, and in vulcanization technology and quality. Our major products are Series “NZJ” slurry pumps, “ZJB” pumps, “PNJ” pumps and wetted parts; head liners, lifter bars and shell liners for ball mills, AG mills and SAG mills in different sizes; Series “NSH” screening equipment and vibrating screen plates and panels; hydrocyclones in sizes of Φ660, Φ500, Φ350, Φ300, Φ250, Φ150 and Φ75; hopper linings; stators and impellers for flotation machines of models of SF, JJF, XJQ, WEMCO, BS-K, KYF, BS-X and XJC. Here abrasion resistant rubber wetted parts independently developed and manufactured by Naipu for 16/14, 14/12, 12/10 and 10/8 slurry pumps are recognized as the State energy-saving products that have filled up a void in the nation, and are now in the leading position in the same industry domestically.
    Naipu owns a construction team for corrosion proof rubber linings, consisting of well-trained and hard-working people with high quality and skill, who have contracted many SPUA and corrosion proof projects for flotation machines coating, which helps to extend the service life of equipment to a great extent.

We have also established close technical cooperative relationship with some Chinese colleges and universities, such as East China University of Science and Technology.     The project under Phase II investment made by Naipu Group amounting RMB 20 million Yuan will be completed in summer 2008, by then our annual output value will exceed RMB300 million Yuan.
